Michael started in distribution with Polygram Australia, becoming Warehouse Manager at their Alexandria facility in the 1990's. After Universal Music merged with them in the early 2000's Michael was Warehouse Manager at the new Kingsgrove facility, which distributed Universal Pictures as well as UMA. Sony DADC took over the distribution arm in 2008 and Michael became Distribution Centre Manager for Kingsgrove, bedding in Hoyts OOvie franchise and EA Games as DADC built their Erskine Park warehouse. DADC closed Kingsgrove and Michael headed for the book industry, taking on the role of Logistics Manager for TL Distribution, responsible for several major publishers including New South Press and Pascal Press. Michael brings together a skill set from the entertainment and media world, combined with a deep knowledge of book distribution and logistics in general.
Judy has an extensive experience in Credit Management and has worked in the distribution industry for 18 years. This includes working at Entertainment Distribution Company, Sony DADC and Regency Media. Judy has performed key Credit management roles for leading multinational companies with small to large network of clients including Australia’s leading retail corporations such as Myer, BigW, Kmart etc.
Rachel has 9 years of Customer Service experience previously and now taking care of Regency Media Distribution clients’ day to day requirements in the areas of Orders Processing, Returns, ETAs, Back Orders and Job Status.
Also Rachel is also a qualified Outdoor Educator in adventurous activities such as Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Archery and Sailing.
